Eastern Staffing Group is growing. We have experienced huge success and are now looking to grow our team. We are looking to bring on experienced recruiters to join the team ASAP. We are currently working on a hybrid schedule being 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Our office is located in Londonderry, NH

We are looking for experienced recruiters that are motivated, driven, competitive, and thrive in a work hard / play hard environment. Must have prior Staffing experience

Responsibilities

• Go out and create a pipeline (Hunter) of eligible candidates for present/future open positions
• Qualify candidates’ professional experience/abilities and match them with proper job opportunities
• Gain the trust/respect of your candidates and present them to the best opportunities for their backgrounds
• Be a professional advisor to your candidates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Hunter mentality – have to love the thrill of the chase
• Effective communication skills/negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals
